Does Wilma sell food?

No. Wilma the Whiskey Wagon Supplies alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to event spaces that do not have their own liquor license.

Can Wilma sell alcoholic beverages in places that already have their own liquor license?

No. Existing liquor licenses override ours. Wilma’s license operates in spaces that do not have their own.

Can I book Wilma for a few hours and have a cash bar?

No. The State of Michigan does not allow our catering license to contain a cash bar. Our bar packages are available on the menu.

Is Wilma’s staff certified?

You bet! All staff members that operate out of Wilma also work at One Bourbon and are TIPs certified.
